Bruce, I’ve seen where ADFS will actually prevent the room system from logging into Teams, but it works with Skype. In the article I suggest that you try logging in on a browser and making sure each component works within the admin mode on edge, but it gets tricky with the hybrid and on-prem AD sync. I know that none of the SSO providers actually work right now either.
